Delivery to the UK: All packages are tracked and signed. Small packages are insured up to £50 and larger boxes are insured up to £500.
Delivery outside of the UK: Sent via Parcel Force with up to £100 compensation cover.
Orders will be sent out twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays by Royal Mail 48 hr tracked postage and should reach you within 15 calendar days. However, in rare cases, customs can hold packages as long as they’d like to. If your package hasn’t arrived within 60 days, please contact Robert Haynes for further instructions.
Sometimes Robert teaches International Masterclasses in various countries, kindly consider this when placing an order – Products which are required for a specific date, kindly email Robert prior to placing an order.
Please note, Robert is not responsible for delays outside of his control for example Royal Mail postal strikes.
Please provide any instructions relating to the delivery of your order (including, without limitation, instructions to leave the products in a particular place, outhouse, or with a neighbour), you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of these instructions and we shall not be liable to you in relation to any loss of or damage to the product resulting from our following of your instructions. Delivery will be complete when we deliver the product to the address you gave us or in accordance with your other instructions.
International Delivery
We deliver to certain countries outside of the UK. Please contact us by email to check whether we can deliver to your required location. Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. You will be responsible for payment of such amounts which are not set by us but set by each location. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. I use a tracked & signed International Royal Mail Parcelforce delivery service.
Any refused order at the point of delivery will result in a fee being charged to accept the return of your parcel back to the UK. Any refund on refused parcels will be processed minus any customs fees upon the parcel being returned to the UK and the original delivery Fee. We cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by customs at the point of entry to your country.

Following Brexit, international deliveries are taking longer to arrive. We will not be held responsible for delays in courier delivery.
Return Policy
Sugar Flower Studio only accepts product returns on defective products. A product must be deemed defective within 14 days of receiving the product from Sugar Flower Studio. If this is the case, please contact Robert first for instructions, then the product must be posted back to Sugar Flower Studio, in which the product will be fully refunded, along with the postal charges for the return.
If you would like to return a product for any other reasons, please contact Robert.
I understand that every situation is different. If an item is returned that isn’t defective, a 10% re-stocking fee will be subtracted, and a credit will be issued. The item must also not be opened or used, and the packaging must be pristine. In this case, the customer is also responsible for the return shipping charges.
