Thank you for your interest in purchasing products for Wholesale (Business to Business) from the Sugar Flower Studio/Sugarin range.
Wholesale Guidelines
For each wholesale order there is both a minimum per item and minimum total order value requirement.
Wholesale pricing will be provided on request following acceptance of your Distributor’s Business to Business Terms and Conditions.
Following receipt of order an invoice will be issued, payment is required in full in advance of order fulfilment and dispatch. Credit terms are not offered.
Products must be titled and described to reasonably represent the product and brand that is being sold by both the Wholesale Partner and their end Customers. To protect the Sugar Flower Studio and Sugarin brands written approval should be sought at least 5 days in advance of product marketing by providing the proposed title and description. Approval from your Sugarin Distributer will not unreasonably be withheld. Failure to satisfy this requirement will result in the existing Business to Business agreement being ceased with no further orders being accepted.
Minimum Retail Pricing (MRP) is implemented across all products to ensure that pricing is consistent. If a Business sells below the MRP without prior written approval, then the existing Business to Business agreement will be ceased and no further orders will be accepted.
Sugarin Goods for Resale (Business to Business) can be sold on cake supply websites, and in stores by wholesale Customers.
Sugarin Goods for Resale (Business to Business) at a Tradeshow, on eBay, Alibaba, ETSY and Amazon are subject prior approval in writing and if agreed will be for a fixed term.
